Searching By File Type

To find the documents of the specific file type, follow the steps below:

• switch to "Advanced Searching" mode by clicking Advanced button in Search Toolbar
• enable Files option next to File Information pane
• make sure that Include option is enabled
• type all necessary file types you want to look for in File Type textfield

For instance, to find all HTML, HTM and CSS files, type in:

HTML HTM CSS

Alternatively, if you want to exclude the documents of specific types, enable Include radio button option.
