Actions Toolbar

Actions Toolbar allows you to perform different operations over the results displayed in Search Results panel
All of these operations could also be performed from result item context menu.

For instance, you may move to next (not active for the last page or there is only the one page available) or previous (not active for the first page or there is only the one page available) search results page, open selected document with the associated application, extract selected document (in case it is archived) or open the directory where selected document is located.

In case Actions Toolbar is not visible, you may restore it by selecting View -> Actions Toolbar option from the Main Menu.

If the selected file does not have associated application, it won't be opened with native application. I.e., files with no extensions ("Readme" for example) don't have associated applications, and, as a result, could not be opened. To resolve the problem, please, open the directory where the problem file is located and double-click it to invoke the wizard which lets you associate the file type. Even if file does not have associated application, Gaviri PocketSearch® will do the best it can to show you preview of the file (If file contents is a textual data). Binary data will not be previewed.
